Not just from the point-of-view of personal acquisition of information, but from the position that the format of the Open Information format is the way to go for conferences of all types. I have been to hundereds of conferences over my years and this is absolutely refreshing. Love the idea of Open Information format sessions. Let's see what I can get out of this thing. It's promising!
