I work for Valtech in Dallas.

What I've done related to CITCON

I've set up CruiseControl on Linux (RHEL4), HP-UX 11i, SCO OpenServer 5.0.7

I've also set up Fitnesse on the Linux and HP boxes.

  • There is no JDK 1.5 for SCO 5.0.7

We're using the CppTestTools framework to test our C code.

CITCON NA 2007 thoughts

  • Wow. Open space worked better than I would have imagined.
  • Lots of good topics I didn't get to go to.
  • Interesting/helpful/motivating

Oh, favorite cartoon character

  • I didn't think of this at the time, but 'Ein'--Cowboy Bebop

Current Challenges

  • Trying to get the CppTestTools code to build on SCO.
    • It needs a modern C++ compiler
      • GCC 2.95 is installed but doesn't have sstream
      • Trying to bootstrap into 3.4.6 or 4.1.2 hasn't been successful so far.
