CITCON:AI is the premier event for fostering innovation and excellence in software development, delivery, and operations. Formerly known as the Continuous Integration and Testing Conference, CITCON has evolved to embrace a wider array of subjects, including emerging technologies and practices that drive continuous improvement across the tech industry.
In 2026, our events are branded as CITCON:AI to reflect a reality teams are already living: integrating AI into the development process is now a recurring theme in how we design, build, test, deploy, and operate systems. The format and intent remain the same as ever: honest conversations, shared learning, and ideas you can take back to work.
CITCON:AI covers topics such as Test-Driven Development, Continuous Delivery, quality and code health, observability, incident learning, team practices, and practical uses of AI in software delivery. You will meet software engineers, QA and test specialists, product and delivery people, DevOps and operations practitioners, UX designers, data and platform folks, tech leads, and engineering managers.
What makes CITCON:AI different is the Open Space format. There are no pre-set presentation tracks. Instead, attendees propose sessions on the day and join the discussions that matter most to them, alongside experienced practitioners from the local community and beyond.

A successful CITCON:AI Helsinki 2026 takes a lot of planning, preparation and organization. To make this possible the Open Information Foundation seeks to include many volunteers.
